My history teacher was telling my class that our forefathers were deists, meaning that they believe in God but they believe that God created us and that he doesn't interfere with our worl or anything...that he just sits back. You know? Is that true?

im not quite sure, but i do know that our forefathers created this country with God in the focus, and that is becomming less and less. i wish people who lived in the us would realise that and have thought before filling in that arrow. i think that we need to be wise and choose better leaders for our goverment, ones who will lead us with God.
i think if our forefathers were able to see what is happening to this country they created they would be very upset and EXTREMLY distruaght with what is happening.

What do you all think about when it comes to government, civil disobedience, and revolution? Do they all have Biblical support, especially the revolution, part.
