The Campus Way means that I have people I trust with even the most personal and important things in my life. It means I have brothers and sisters in Christ to walk with on the path God has laid before me. There are people who can grab my hand and pull me up when I fall. I have people who are honest with me and will tell me if I am doing something wrong. I have a place to grow in my faith.

Before I met Jay I really wasnt right with God. 3 1/2 4 years ago he put on an outreach through fellowship of christian outreach called WAKE UP! This truly got to me and for the first time I accepted Jesus as my savior. I really didnt have good soil to grow in my faith so I fell right back into doing the same things that I used to. Like smoking weed, cigaretes, drinking and partying and never growing in my faith. This is how I lived up until a year or so ago when I decided that I've had enough with this junk and I really need to fully committ myself to God. Not too long after I did that my mom told me about an add on the radio 105.3 the fish that this group was looking for part time staff to make youth groups at schools. I filled out the application and the next day Jay calls me and asks me "Hey, have we met before??" and I wasn't to sure but after we met in person I realized who he was. When I gave him my testimony I realized that he was the guy who prayed for me the first time I was saved! Even though Jay felt that I wasnt ready to become Staff just yet, he knew in his heart that he was supposed to disciple me. I've been a volunteer staff for the The kettle moraine high school Campus way ever scince. Now I've been completely clean after that and I now have a church to go to and I get to help students grow closer to God. Campus Way gave me purpose. It gave me a real reason to live. I am thankful every day for what Gods done for me and we're just getting started!!!
