Campus Way Resume
Vision: To see the Body of Christ awakened and engaged in fulfilling the Great Commission.
Mission: To disciple students to be followers of Christ and His mission to reach their campus now and their community for a lifetime.
Strategy: The Campus Way recruits, hires, trains and mentors adults who develop, lead, and disciple students, on a Campus Way ministry leadership team. Campus Way ministry staff and their student leadership team then lead and implement a Campus Way group, at their local campus. The purpose of the Campus Way is to disciple student leaders who, in turn, evangelize and disciple the student body. This is done through student leader discipleship meetings with staff and outreach meetings on campus where the rest of the student body are invited and evangelized.
