The Campus Way is now hiring!

Although this online application is geared towards our ministry staff that we hire to serve students at public middle schools and high schools we also use this form for any new potential employee or volunteer.  Thank you for your time in telling us about you.

We are looking for dynamic men or women who have a love for Jesus and a desire to disciple teens. The Campus Way is an awesome way to serve God and make a fair wage along the way. Benefits include:

• Getting paid a fair wage for an approximately 7 hour per week, one evening per week ministry position.
• Staff are paid not based upon hours but on the faithfulness to ministry tasks.
• The first $1000 ($200 minimum over first 5 months) of pay is guaranteed.
• Additional staff pay is linked to fundraising. Campus Way provides training and someone to help you greatly with our already awesome fundraisers to help raise funds for your position.
• With a reasonable effort staff compensation should be in the $2000-$4000 range for 11 months for approximately 7 hour per week work.  Our goal is to see you earn $3500 but staff compensation can be as high as $7500.
• Position is best suited for those who feel led to do ministry and are thankful they also can get paid to do it!
• Staff meetings  and discipleship training are once per month with the director and all of the staff.  There is one additional meeting per month  that is more by appointment to meet with other staff, the director, or fundraising helper.
  
• Staff must commit to two weekend camps per year.   We all go and it is a highlight of the year for both staff and students. One in late January and one roughly June 23-26th.

• Initial staff training starts in mid to late August.  There are typically 3-4 training sessions in late August and early september prior to falling into out monthly schedule as described above. The dates and times are yet to be established and we do our best to work within your other work schedules.
