Jay Cavaiani is married to Kelly Cavaiani, who is a school teacher at Swallow Elementary School in Hartland. They live in Wales with their three children, Jacob 13, Abigail 11, and Caleb 9.
After graduating from UW-Whitewater with a Psychology degree in 1993, Jay spent 11 years in the real estate business. During that time Jay sensed the Lord calling him into ministry. In 2003 Jay responded to that call and he has been in full time ministry ever since. In 2006 Jay founded Campus Way with 4 students and Kettle Moraine High School. The ministry now has 6 staff and has ministered to over 500 students. During that time Jay also enrolled at Trinity Divinity and is still pursuing his masters in ministry.
In 2009, Jay planted a church in Wales, called Great Mission Church (www.greatmissionchurch.org), which he now Pastors. Jay also lead the Campus Way middle school group for students from Kettle Moraine and Lake Country. This is a natural fit for Jay as his kids are also in Middle School. This group meets on Monday nights at the Campus Way headquarters from 7:00-8:15. Student leaders come early each week for extended discipleship.
For upcoming dates please check out the Campus Way calendar on this website. To contact Jay directly you may email him at jay@campusway.org
